Future Job Skills

We need to identify the areas where social, technology and demographic changes will create net new jobs. Creating skill development programs around these skills will eventually lead to net new job creation.

Just focussing on skill development will only result in a more skilled person knocking off a less skilled person from the job force but no net new creation of jobs.

Our approach is to systematically identify the job creation engines of the future and develop training programs to create the “pull factor” to bring these jobs and economic growth to India.
